Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined to have been derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. In all other cases, legitimate account balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your 771php account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
